Whoops of joy were heard throughout the open work spaces of The Neat Company this week: David Pogue, New York Times columnist and pre-eminent technology trendspotter, wrote about his “life-changing” discovery of NeatReceipts for Mac on his popular Pogue’s Posts blog.
His plight was similar to stories we hear from our customers every day: Traveling for business generates mountains of receipts - which must be kept, copied, documented on a spreadsheet and mailed before the promise of reimbursement. There must be a better way!
Indeed there is, Mr. Pogue. And we are thrilled that you’ve joined the ranks of thousands of Neatniks who have seen the organized, digital light.
And to David Pierce, the intern who convinced him to give NeatReceipts a try: you have an open invitation to stop by our office next time you’re in Philly. We totally owe you a beer.
We here at NEAT Receipts are very excited about the recent release of NEAT Receipts for Mac. We’ve received some really positive feedback from our customers, so the Marketing department has decided to unchain Andy the Mac developer from his desk for a few minutes, so he could share with you this beautiful out-of-box experience. But don’t worry - he’s back at his desk now, locked up tight, and working on the first software update. Thanks Andy!
We are so blown away by how much our customers love NEAT Receipts! Some of our best reviews come from the customers themselves who like to blog about how they organized their lives with our scanner and software solution.
We met Bruce Pechman, the Muscle Man of Technology, at CES and had a lot of fun talking about receipts! He really liked how NeatReceipts helps people get organized at tax time - enough to talk about on TV. Bruce recently appeared on Good Morning San Diego to talk about NeatReceipts and other tax time products.
