Return Policy

The Neat Company offers every customer a 30-day money back guarantee. That's how convinced we are that The Neat Company will help you get organized while saving you time, money and aggravation.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: During the holidays, we are extending our return period. Products purchased between November 25, 2009 and December 31, 2009 may be returned for a full refund until January 31, 2010.


Returns Process

To initiate a return, please visit neatco.com/returns for detailed instructions. After you submit a refund request, the returns department will contact you to walk you through the process of shipping the box back to our corporate office. During this process, you will receive a printable UPS return label for shipment.

Return Eligibility

Customers who purchased from neatco.com, SkyMall, or one of our airport or mall kiosks are eligible to return the product using this method. All other customers must contact the vendor from which they purchased the product.

Please note that software-only products, product downloads and all other electronically delivered software purchased from The Neat Company is non-refundable.

Limitations

The Neat Company will not issue a return label if the merchandise has been broken, defaced or replaced with components other than the original. Customers must make contact with The Neat Company within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this return period, and the product must be returned intact in the original packaging. The Neat Company reserves the right to assess a restocking fee if one or more of these conditions are not met. The Neat Company will only be able to issue a credit to the original purchaser of the equipment. Credits will not reflect shipping charges, only the price paid for the products ordered.

Shipping Labels

The Neat Company will email a printable UPS return label to the email address used to initiate the returns process.  Spam-blocking software may interfere with the delivery of this label. If our first attempt to deliver the label is unsuccessful, you may be asked to provide a secondary email address. If the second attempt is also denied, you may be asked to ship the product to our office yourself.

The Neat Company will be unable to issue a shipping label for overseas customers or customers outside the continental US. These customers are responsible for their own cost of shipment.

Retail Locations

At this time, we are unable to accept returns at our kiosk locations. The point-of-sale systems at the kiosks are incapable of processing a credit. Please use the process detailed above to ship your package back to The Neat Company.
