Assign US and Canadian tax categories to receipts. In NeatWorks, you can assign a tax category to every scanned receipt. If you itemize deductions, it's a great way to get a head start on filling out Schedules A, B, and C, and more. All receipts are keyword searchable, which makes finding individual expenses quick and easy. Run tax reports. Whether you do your taxes yourself, use tax software, or hire a professional, the Tax Reports module will help you fill out forms more quickly by letting you run reports that total receipt amounts for each category. In many cases, the report can tell you exactly on which line of your 1040 Schedules a given receipt belongs.
